On Monday, the share temporarily fell by more than three percent to 47.40 euros, the lowest level since mid-December.

Bilfinger had recently announced a capital increase of up to 300 million euros to finance the acquisition of the Swedish building services company Imtech Nordic.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2023.

With the acquisition, Bilfinger wants to significantly expand its business in the Nordic countries.
